  	Fritz Olson, 84, of Sycamore died Wednesday, May 16, 1990 at Kishwaukee Community Hospital. He was born May 6, 1906 in Sweden, the son of Olaf and Matilda (Helgason) Knudson. He married Ethel E. Johnson in 1942 in Sycamore. He ca came to the United States in 1923 at the age of 17. He was a farmer for over 50 years in rural Sycamore. He was a member of Salem Lutheran Church and the Sycamore Moose Club. He i is survived by two sons, Harold (Wanda "Sue") Olson of rural S Sycamore and "Chuck (Sue) Olson of Sycamore; five grandchildren; two brothers and two sisters, all of Sweden; and one sister-in-law, Linnea Johnson of Sycamore. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at Butala-Van Natta Funeral Home on DeKalb Avenue, with the Rev. Gary B. Ryden officiating. Burial will be at Elmwood.
